We take pride in our packaging and delivery systems to ensure that you receive your orders fresh, intact, and exactly as described. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, expired, or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs and a description of the issue. After verification, we will either issue a refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost.Incorrect Product Delivery:
If you receive a product that you did not order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a pickup and ensure the correct item is delivered or refund the amount paid.Non-Delivery of Product:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking shows no progress, you are eligible for a full refund. Kindly contact us with your order details.Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For prepaid orders, the amount will reflect in your bank or wallet depending on the payment mode used.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email or contact our support team with your order ID. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.Orders Already Shipped:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery. In such cases, the refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.Customized or Bulk Orders:
Orders that are customized or placed in bulk cannot be canceled once processed.
